Psalm 86:3-5:  “ For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive; and abundant in

mercy to all those who call upon You.”

I praise God today that He has an answer for the sin problem in the world. He is poised to forgive every person willing to humble himself and ask for forgiveness. This includes all who have not yet accepted Christ as their Savior from sin, as well as those who have made that good choice, yet have fallen into sin. I choose to begin this year with a clean heart, so I now repent for all iniquities I am guilty of and appeal to the Lord for His cleansing by the power of the blood of Jesus. I receive His forgiveness and with it, the hope for a great day to serve Him as He leads me! May this year be a time that I will be diligent in giving the gift of forgiveness freely, as I have received it freely!
